Helping You Weather the COVID-19 Storm

During the disruption caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, our studio remains (virtually) open for business and our team is committed to completing your projects on schedule.

In compliance with the request of the governing authorities in Ontario, we have made it possible for our entire staff to work remotely. Our entire team is now working from home or elsewhere.

Only our principal, Jason, will continue to come into the office to receive mail, manage the server and water Diego’s plants. All client meetings for the foreseeable future will be happening virtually using the tools provided by Google Hangouts or Zoom.

We believe that the stories we tell in the marketplace, especially at times like this, will have a definitive effect on our society. Our team is committed to helping you weather this storm and lead your teams well. We’re also here to help you stay connected in a meaningful way to your clients and to continue to help you position your brand for growth.

In this current moment, it’s important to inform your clients of any changes you may have made to your daily operations. We recommend taking the following steps:

  • Host a page outlining your company’s response to COVID-19 on your website.
  • Add a notice bar to your homepage linking to your COVID-19 page.
  • Update your Google and Facebook Business listings with the following information:
    Updated hours of operation.
Any changes to your business description.
    Up to date phone numbers.
  • Post several updates to your various social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).

We understand these tasks can be time-consuming. To help you, our team has put together a COVID-19 Communications Updates Package that addresses each of our recommendations.

Please email or call us if you’d like more information or have any questions.
